Sometimes equipment needs service repairs - we use our long term partners providing quality repairs using genuine spares at attractive pricing. All replacements and costs are acknowledged by the client and invoiced accordingly. Modus 2 Ltd. is also your reliable consultant when planning extensions and new purchases. We work with most of the computer importers in Bulgaria and would supply from source at best prices.

We are trying to simplify and ease the process of supporting your IT infrastructure. Best is when we sign a support contract. Subscription allows us to assess existing equipment to plan regular checks and maintenance procedures. This results in better performance, less downtime, less stress and lower total expenses.

We also react to incidents as per call. hourly rates starting at 30 leva/hr are used in that case. Reaction time depends on available resources.
